Knowing what we’re feeling goes a long way in sorting out our thinking.
If we know what we’re feeling then there’s a very good chance that we’ll know the thinking behind it.
The issue is that often we don’t have the words to describe what we’re feeling.
Here’s a handy chart from The Mel Robbins Show that will help you to better describe what you’re feeling.
And then once you have that narrowed down, then see what thoughts are causing you to feel that way.
Have a look at the chart and see if there are any words that you don't think of very often. I especially liked disillusioned, jovial, triumphant, and jubilation.
