Emotions Chart

Knowing what we’re feeling goes a long way in sorting out our thinking.

If we know what we’re feeling then there’s a very good chance that we’ll know the thinking behind it.

The issue is that often we don’t have the words to describe what we’re feeling.

Here’s a handy chart from The Mel Robbins Show that will help you to better describe what you’re feeling.

View it here: https://twitter.com/melrobbinsshow/status/1194724882845704194?lang=en

And then once you have that narrowed down, then see what thoughts are causing you to feel that way.

Have a look at the chart and see if there are any words that you don't think of very often. I especially liked disillusioned, jovial, triumphant, and jubilation.

With grace, grit, and gumption,

xo Michelle
