As a recovering over-thinker and prophetic worrier, I understand what it is like to have things that feel like you need to worry about them.
But... What if you didn’t worry about that thing that you’re worrying about?
What if you sat down, brought to mind that thing that’s been worrying you for some time, and then consciously released all those thoughts?
How would you feel thinking about letting them go? What would actually letting go of those thoughts that bring you anxiety and worry feel like? How would you feel afterward?
