You're an open-minded free-spirited entrepreneur that loves learning about and diving into the woo yet also really loves the [classically-defined] practical and scientific approach to living your best life. 

And you love all this stuff not because mindset is a trendy thing these days but because you truly believe that it is a form a self-care and you know that when you're taking care of your mind, body, and soul every part of your life and business benefits. 

You love journalling, and tapping, and meditating, and creating vision boards, and doing affirmations, and breath work, and dreaming. 

And as much as you love doing all of this you've started to wonder about what's next. 

 

What's deeper? What's the next level?

 

How you can take all these wonderful mindset and self-care practices even further to get more from them and to really begin to see lasting transformation. 

The answer is... thought work.

 

To see lasting transformation that goes beyond mindset you need to take the next step into thought work. 

And this is the stuff that I love.

 

Thoughts for Thought is the perfect segue into looking into and learning about thought work so you can begin to see how fantastic it is to get all the goodness of mindset work yet so much more.

So what exactly isThoughts  forThought?

I wanted a way to share my work along with what I'm learning, reading, exploring, thinking about, and questioning in the world of mindset, psychology, thought work, and neuroscience.

 

But... what I didn't want was the same old same old with social media posting schedules and having to navigate the algorithms. Just ugh...

 

I wanted something simple that was an easy way for people to enjoy what they were truly interested in without all the other stuff in the way.

But... what I didn't want was 'my thing' to become just another thing for people to have to do each day. I didn't want people to feel like they needed to join yet another Facebook group or have to log into something each day, or to have to be sure to set notifications or reminders in order to see what they wanted to see. 

So, with all that in mind, I created Thoughts  forThought.

 

A simple and easy dose of daily thought work, just for you.

Daily bits and bobbles related to how our mind really works and how we can work right along with. That way we feel more aligned and in flow,  feel more connected to ourselves and our purpose,  and can have a good think on some interesting concepts and ideas in the world of mindset and thought work. 

It is my hope that you'll find something interesting to ponder and think on each day that will add more insight, clarity, and awareness to your life.

Your Questions Answered

Do you have to start at a certain time? 

No. Join in the fun whenever you want. It is an ongoing feed, so we're here whenever you are. 

Is this another thing that I'll have to keep track of and spend time on?

Definitely no. This is a broadcast-only feed, which means that you will receive the messages but don't have to do anything about them at all. No commenting. No liking. No responding. No million messages to get through. 

This is a nice and easy way to get daily bits and bobbles delivered to you without anything additional that you have to do. 

Sounds great, doesn't it?

What exactly is Voxer?

Voxer is this super wonderful app that I use throughout my business. It is marketed as a walkie-talkie messaging app, but really it's a streamlined way to send text or audio messages. 

You can use it on desktop or mobile so the Thoughts for Thought can be accessed anywhere that works for you. 

There's a free version and a paid version of Voxer, but all you need is the free version to receive Thoughts for Thought.

How many messages will I get?

Once per day during the week, for the most part. I'll be sharing things that I'm learning, reading, thinking about, and exploring so I may have days I'm feeling particularly inspired, but for the most part one message per day. 

There is no rush to get to the messages. They stick around until you've seen them.
